For the past 25 years, The Conservation Fund has been America’s partner in conservation, protecting more than 6.5 million acres. A gift from you will save land across the United States, protecting wildlife habitat and natural areas where people can experience the outdoors. This year alone we've been able to:
- Preserve critical wildlife habitat for bald eagles, prairie chickens, sage grouse, manatees, black bears and more.
- Protect migration corridors including the migration route across Alaska for the Western Arctic caribou, the "Path of the Pronghorn" in Wyoming and lands along the Mississippi Flyway, the route millions of birds follow as they migrate to and from the Gulf Coast.
- Conserve key forest lands in several states, including Oregon where we helped create Gilchrist State Forest, the first state forest in more than 60 years and Minnesota where we protected nearly 188,000 acres of forest in the largest land conservation deal in the state's history.
- Protect access to the outdoors for families and kids through land conservation projects that benefit the Boy Scouts in Delaware and the YMCA of the Rockies in Colorado.
- Add acres to public lands including Kobuk Valley NP in Alaska, Gunnison Gorge NCA in Colorado, Big Thicket National Preserve in Texas and Michaux State Forest in Pennsylvania.
With your help, we can do more.
